Use of the films and photos via AthenaWeb is granted under two types of rights:
- COPYLEFT: The use of the films/photos offered under a free licence ("copyleft") does not involve a financial exchange between the user and the owner. However, when broadcasting/publishing, it is mandatory to mention the programme’s producer.
- COPYRIGHT: The use of the films/photos offered under a pay licence ("copyright") requires an individual preliminary negotiation between the producer and the user. With this negotiation, amendments to this licence can be agreed.
Please be aware that AthenaWeb is not involved in financial transactions between the participants but will hold an account of the communications made between these parties through the site.
